On March, 2 2021 the NYS Department of Health issued updated guidelines for visitation in Adult Care Facilities which go into effect on Wednesday March 3, 2021.  Some of the guidelines have been relaxed, but many are still in place.  For example, visitation may not commence unless “There has been no new onset of COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days…”.  This mandate has always been in place and has not been changed.  Additionally, all adult care facilities must have policies and procedures which reflect all aspects of the newly released guidelines.

 

The health and safety of your loved ones is our primary concern.  Therefore, we will re-open for visiting once we have revised all of our protocols to reflect the newly released changes and we are in full compliance with the appropriate regulations.
